"Julie is the best! We purchased a home in 2018, but I didn’t feel our agent from then was the right agent for us anymore. We found Julie and are so happy we did. She helped us to sell our home for top dollar in 2022 with beautiful photos and an excellent listing. We wanted her to be our agent when we were ready to buy our new home a few months later. The house we purchased was a “for sale by owner” property, and goodness gracious, am I thankful we had Julie on our team. The sellers were uninformed and challenging to work with, so she ensured we had a great legal and inspection team to support us. We ran into a bidding situation with our new home, and she guided us through this with solid advice on our bid amount. Our offer was accepted, and we didn't overpay for the home as many people have done in 2022 due to low inventory and multiple bids. As for the sale of my townhome, she had wonderful pictures taken and we ended up listing it on Black Friday. I was not confident that we would get any showings around the holidays.
